About Robert Niemeier
My love affair with photography began in the 1980s when I won a Minolta film camera in a contest, and from that moment, I was hooked. Life led me through a busy medical equipment sales and physical therapy career, so time for creative pursuits was limited. Still, I captured the world whenever I traveled, preserving memories in images. Along the way, I discovered the thrill of disc dog events with my dog, Stella, adding a unique twist to my life, and later, with newfound freedom in retirement, I have thrown myself fully (some might say obsessively!) into both photography and competing with my new dog, Skylar.
